Design

• Translate your ideas and needs into floor plans

• Optional designs and floor plans will be sent for your review

• Collaborate with you to refine the initial concept to fit your needs and vision

• Generate any changes that were discussed and finalize the design

Construction Documents

• Create a comprehensive set of drawings

• Send the drawings for your review and approval

• Finalize the set of drawings to be sent to you/your contractor to submit for permit

Pre-Design

• Discuss your vision, needs, budget, and timeline

• Establish a clear scope and requirements

• Complete an initial site visit, if needed

• Issue a formal proposal for your project

• Once proposal is accepted a contract will be sent

What can you expect during each phase of our design process?

Permitting

• You/your contractor will submit your drawings to the local building department for their review

• Building department will either

  • A) Approve your documents and issue your permit

  • B) Ask for revisions

• We will make any necessary revisions that are requested by the building department

• Permit is issued and you/your contractor may begin construction
