Design and tenant fit-up for a wine bar and restaurant located in Orlando, Florida

Residential Project

Design of an addition of a master suite over an existing garage in Haines City, Florida. The homeowner wanted to add the suite, which included a bathroom, walk-in closet, and large balcony so that they could relax and look out over their beautiful, wooded lot.

Commercial Project

Design and tenant fit-up for a restaurant and bar in Carmel, Indiana. Additional designs were done for other locations as well.
